ILCA Training - Saturday 24 June

For those taking part in the ILCA Open, a training session will be available on Saturday 24 June. There will be a briefing at 10:15 with training on the water from 11:00 to 13:00 coached by "Sid" Howlett.

David "Sid" Howlett is a British sailor who competed at the 1976 and 1992 Olympics. He went on to coaching supporting both Iain Percy and Ben Ainslie to Olympic Gold.

A course will be set which is similar to the one being used for Sunday's Open meeting - see the Sailing Instructions (here). A number of short races will then be run.
