Coaching Sessions - Saturday 18 May

The next coaching session will be on Saturday 18 May at 14:00 on the water. This session will be led by Jenni Parsons

The idea is to enhance all Members skills. Many Club members, particularly recent trainees and those who have not sailed for some time, avoid helming in Club races and cruises because they feel too inexperienced or too "rusty".

The Coaching sessions - new this season - are intended to help improve dinghy sailing skills and, thereby, raise confidence levels. Hopefully, this will lead to more enjoyment and higher levels of participation in Club events.

If there is demand, a second coaching session will be run in parallel. This will be run by Vittorio and dedicated to preparing ILCA/Laser sailors for the Open Event scheduled for 8 June.

Please try to book in advance via WebCollect (here) so we can manage the number of coaches on the water more easily. If you forget to book, don't let that stop you turning up on the day.
