2026 Annual General Meeting - Sunday 15 November

The 2026 Annual General Meeting is to be held in the clubhouse on Sunday 15 November commencing at 14:00.
Members are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting; it is an opportunity to learn about and influence what is happening at your Club.
The documents listed below have been emailed to all online members by the Honorary Secretary. They will also be available to members from the website; go to CLUB/Club Documents/2026 AGM Documents (here). Extracts will be displayed, as required, on the screen in the clubhouse during the meeting. Should you wish to refer to a hard copy of any of these documents at the meeting, please print your own and bring it with you. No print-outs will be supplied on the night
- Draft Minutes of the 2025 AGM
- Agenda for 2026 AGM
- Nominations for Officers and Committee Members for 2026-2027
- Audited Accounts for 2025-26 and the Proposed Budget for 2026-2027
- Treasurer's Notes on Income, Expenditure, and Budget
Should you have any questions on the Accounts or the Budget, email them to Peter Smith, the Treasurer. He will endeavour to include a response at the meeting.

The bar will be open from at 12:30 and then again at 16:00 after the meeting.
This is a meeting for members only. Remember that to affect the decisions made at the AGM you, or your partner, will have to attend.
