Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting on 31 January 2024
An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Seafarers Sailing Club will be held at the clubhouse on Wednesday 31 January 2024 commencing at 8pm.
The aim of the meeting will be to discuss and approve an amendment to the 2023/2024 budget to provide for the purchase of a new Bursledon Gig.
In accordance with Rules 10, 67, and 69, each "membership" shall have one vote, 25 is required to achieve a quorum, and voting shall be by a show of hands.
Remember you have to be there to cast your vote whether you approve or disapprove.
Further details on the proposed purchase of a Gig will be sent to all members at least one week before the meeting.
