AGM + RNLI + Merchandise

The 2022 Annual General Meeting is to be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday 8 November commencing at 8pm.

For those unable to get to the clubhouse, the session will be available online via Microsoft 'Teams', a video system that is similar to 'Zoom'. Members can access a link that will enable them to observe the AGM via Teams here. Please note that you will not be able to interact with the meeting as the video, audio, and chat facilities will not be monitored. To ask questions and to vote at the AGM you, or your partner, will have to attend.

The documents listed below have been emailed to all online members by the Honorary Secretary. They are also available to members from the CLUB menu (here).

Should you wish to refer to any of these documents at the meeting, it would be prudent to print your own copies and bring them with you. To avoid waste, only a limited number of print-outs will be supplied on the night.

Should you have any questions on the Accounts or the Budget, email them to Joe, the Treasurer. He will then endeavour to include a response at the meeting.

Please remember to bring cash or your credit card. As usual, the RNLI will be in attendance selling Christmas cards, 2023 calendars and diaries and a selection of seasonal gifts. Christmas Draw tickets will also be on sale.
