AGM + RNLI +Merchandise
The 2021 Annual General Meeting is to be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday 9 November commencing at 8pm.
The documents listed below were sent to all online members attached to emails from the Honorary Secretary and the Treasurer sent on 25 October and 7 November respectively. They are available in the clubhouse on the Committee Notice Board. Members can access them online from the webpage CLUB/Club Documents/2021 AGM Documents (here).

- Main Accounts for 2020/21 and the Proposed Budget for 2021/22
- Bar Accounts for 2020/21
- Ten Year Plan - 2022 to 2031
Should you wish to refer to any of these documents at the meeting, it would be prudent to print your own copies and bring them with you. To avoid waste, only a limited number of print-outs will be supplied on the night.
Should you have any questions on the Accounts or the Budget, email them to Claudia, the Treasurer. She will then endeavour to include a response at the meeting.

Please remember to bring cash or your credit card. As usual, the RNLI will be in attendance selling Christmas cards, 2022 calendars and diaries and a selection of seasonal gifts.

Of course, the bar will be open too.
Remember that to affect the decisions made at the AGM you, or your partner, will have to attend.
