The Sunset Series was introduced in 2021 to allow enthusiasts to continue racing on Thursday evenings into September.
There are four races in the series. To avoid sailing after dusk, the start time advances by 15 minutes each week; it is 19:00 for the first race and 18:15 for the last.
A duty crew will be assigned for the first two races. The remaining two races in the series will involve "self-help"; those who want to take part will, naturally, want to help run it. Volunteers are required to act as duty crew. To volunteer, go to Duty Roster, scroll to the race of interest, and click on the appropriate "Volunteer" button.
