2025 Annual General Meeting - Tuesday 11 November

The 2025 Annual General Meeting is to be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday 11 November commencing at 8pm.
Members are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting; it is an opportunity to learn about and influence what is happening at your Club.
Draft minutes of the 2024 AGM are available to Logged in members from CLUB/Club Documents (here).
The documents listed below have been emailed to all online members by the Honorary Secretary. They will also be available to members from the website; go to CLUB/Club Documents/2025 AGM Documents (here). They will also be displayed, as required, on the screen in the clubhouse during the meeting. Should you wish to refer to a hard copy of any of these documents at the meeting, please print your own and bring it with you. No print-outs will be supplied on the night

Please remember to bring cash or your credit card. As usual, the RNLI will be in attendance selling Christmas cards, 2026 calendars and diaries and a selection of seasonal gifts. Christmas Draw tickets will also be on sale.
The bar will be open from 7:30pm.
This is a meeting for members only.
Remember that to affect the decisions made at the AGM you, or your partner, will have to attend.
